Friends of Tails and Whiskers

On this page you will find friends of Tails and Whiskers. Services used by myself, or recommended by more than one good friend of mine. I DO NOT refer businesses because they asked me to, or if my cousins, neighbors’, sisters hair stylist used 'this great place' once. Please rest assured that should you use any of the following businesses, you have my guarantee of professional, reliable service. Friendly, animal loving business owners. And, sometimes, great deals if you mention me!

Zoo Studio- Animal Art Photography
I met Zoo at the RSPCA Million Paws walk in 2009 and immediately fell in love with Bec and Ken. Mad keen animal lovers, patient to the extreme, loyal and generous...what's not to love really! I had a session with my fur kids not long after and WOW was I impressed. I’ve added some pics below for you to see my guys in action. Feel free to tell me how beautiful they are and what stars they are going to be :-) They were also featured on Totally Wild this year (2010) which I personally think is super impressive. Their prices are reasonable, their studio professional and tailor-made, their facilities perfection and the time given for a shoot and viewing session amazingly generous.

Fetch Pet Sitting
Fetch contacted me a while back while they were looking for a mobile hydrobath business to recommend to their clients. Boy am I glad they did. Did I get many new customers from it? No. Did I make some GREAT new friends? Definitely! I have used Fetch now a few times to watch my fur kids when I go away. Flynn and Alexie just adore them, which scores major points with me! They offer both an 'at your home' service, and an 'at their home' service.

Cat Nets.com.au
This is the company I went through when I wanted to make an outdoor play area for my boy Alexie (see banner at top of page). A friend of mine had the side of their house (a very small area) enclosed by a 'professional' company, who provided the materials and erected the area. This cost them around $2000!! Sheesh right! I found Catnets.com.au one day, sent them my measurements the next, received my invoice that day and my goods 3 days late. Gold! I enclosed my entire downstairs patio area, and my upstairs verandah for...drum roll please...Less than $200!! Inc delivery :-)
